| I rented for 1 year at Biscayne Beach Club and I must tell you its a great looking place, however the deposit you leave when you sign your contract, prepare to lose it. For any little stain they will charge you for a replacement rug. I?m talking about replacing the WHOLE apartment rug. And you would not see your money back. I?ve talked to several people that continue to live their and have heard complaints from the ones who left and have experienced the same problem. I?d also like to mention, if something breaks down, get ready to wait. The office has a communication problem with the maintenance staff. I never even had a walk through at the begining. They told me they would come the next day and till this day they never did show up. Security? whats that? at the Biscayne Beach Club? No way! the gate barely works and when it does it works for two days a/month. The floods have got to get fixed. I nearly drowned one day getting out of my car. Its pretty rediculous. If you rent there, sign a petition to fix that problem. Cause when your car stalls, they sure aint going to fix it. Remember as crazy as it sounds, before renting ask if there has been any deaths in the apartment. Me and my wife had some bad experiences in a flamingo apt. Bldg 7 the cabinets would open and the air condition was at 84 deg. when i?d wake up in the morning it was at 49 - 51 degrees. thats all i got to say about the place.make sure when you move in you have a new rug because they did charge the last people that rented the place for a new rug. they do it all the time and not install a new rug. they charge you 400.00 and it cost them 130.00 for the whole apt. think about it..... |
