There are ants, cockroachs, and lizards inside the apartment. The washer & dryer area is terribly infested with black mold. I?ve called numerous times to have them to fix it.

I had to call at least 4 times on the air conditioning unit. The maintenance guys would come and put in new freon, but it would run out in two days. I kept telling them that there was leak, but they inisted they had it fixed.

Finally I went to the manager and she sent a guy to totally re-build the air-conditing unit. He finally found the leak and it works fine now. There was four different maintenace guys that had looked at the ac.

The dining room light had to be replaced. The water heater burst in the middle of the night, flooding the downstairs apartment. The garbage diposal had be to replaced. The facucets on the tub and bathroom sink had to fixed.

The carpet is so cheap and crappy, that the vacuum will not pick up anything. The carpet cleaners they use, even told me that they tried to convince management to upgrade the carpet.

I was robbed during the daytime. It was determined that the burgulars had a key. Had to buy the new locks myself.

Security is a joke. People crash the gates all the time and they don?t work properly. When it rains, it floods. The parking spaces are too small for a compact car and there?s too many trucks taking two spaces.

The pool is nice and the landscaping is pretty. They just re-painted the buildings and steam-cleaned the roofs. But don?t judge the book by it?s cover.

When I called the office, the staff doesn?t really care. I had to walk in and get the manger in her office to listen to my complaints.

I?m constantly seeing turnover and really would not recommend this place to a new resident. I can?t wait to get out of this hell-hole. Carpe diem.
