	Pepper Cove Apartments 9300 Sw 137th Avenue Miami,  Fl 33186 305-386-7684 Rating Recommend:    Yes Overall Rating:  4.0 Security:  5.0 Parking:  5.0 Appearance:  4.0 Management:  5.0 Maintenance:  3.0 Unit Condition:   4.0 Noise:  4.0		Review Title:  Pepper Cove Apartments Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  2/25/03      Rate This Apartment     I have no major complaints about living here.It's typical Miami "craftsmanship" where everything is a little crooked, but the office staff is always pleasant and the apartment is great overall.Word of warning - don't run the heat!The air conditioning works fine, but the heat costs you an arm and a leg to run due to the type of unit installed.There's a nice pool and a decent fitness room, and you can walk to the grocery store, Blockbuster and several little restaurants.
