The apartment is in a deplorable condition for the price charged. Very poor parking, appearance, terrible maintenance, the elevator does not work most of the time, the apartments are very poorly maintained. The staff are mediocre in helping, ready to want to kick someone out. The rent keeps increasing since there is no rent ceiling laws in Miami.  Need to rent an apartment?
