Poor maintained, old, not working elevators (be ready to use stairs), horrible parking. Office staff is very nice, but too busy to address your concerns timely. If yours A/C or refrigerator is not working and outside is the 95F degree, that is fine, they will fix it, but tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow So, you will need to call office numerous time, however maintenance will come after 3 days or one week.. Ma ana attitude. 75 percent of residents are classless, ignorant low lives. Do not rent here. If your credit is good enough look for another place.
