I am a current resident of Kings Colony in Miami, Florida. I HATE living there. The staff is rude and unhelpful; they will also lie to you about repairs/maintenance on the complex. There are often huge piles of trash just inside the entrance to the complex. DO NOT move to Kings Colony, trust me you will regret it. Miami has tons of apartment complexes the smart choice is to choose somewhere, anywhere, else to live.  Need to rent an apartment?
