Apartment Review for Design Place - Miami, FL

Design Place is hands down the absolute worst apartment complex in South Florida. Termites, Roaches, Lizards and Worms flood your apartment, the Electric Bill is Triple digits in the Winter months when nothing is on, and the Laundry room smells somethin awful. The worst feature of Design Place is the management. They never help when you ask them for it, and they avoid you like the plague when something needs to be fixed. Not once have they ever helped when we asked, and they continue to lie to our faces. I rate this a zero out of 10
