Apartment Review for Elite River View Aptms - Miami, FL

Me and several other former tenants of Elite river view apartments were not given back our security deposit upon vacating the apartment. They claim very high cost of repairs were needed upon our vacating the apartments therefore they take the security deposits. They do not have much tenants anymore so they are making money by scamming the tenants of their security deposit.We would not advise anyone to rent at Elite Riverview apartments. When moving in they are very nice and welcoming but moving out is where the problems occur.
