Apartment Review for Emerald Palms - Miami, FL

Seems o.k. at frist site, but the office staff is horrible! They are rude, and rarely want to do their job. If you have issues good luck getting them resolved, all they are concerend about is renting out the apt and townhouses. It can be very noise as they let alot transients move in and make they rest of us miserable. At few of the townhouses that are 2 bed have 5+ people living in them and they could not care less. There is also pet issues, poop everywhere an stray cats they refuse to do anything about. I am a student living with family and cannot afford to move out but I am praying that next year I can move away from this mess!
