clean, pleasant, quiet at move in.utilities included.the apt developed a black mold in ceiling, walls, floor. acrid, yet sickeningly sweet. I had my first ever heart attack after 5 days there, then, after returning from biz trip, found inside door grates had been removed and things stolen. more stolen, more mold. more chest pain. I was in a bad spot, spent last of savings to get there, so, #5 may be haunted, we'll see.of course, there's always Mother, who DEMANDS I am FINE about everything. she has no real emotion, I have no real rights. unit needs new ceiling and bldg new roof. would not recommend. friendly landlord.
