These apartments are older but the one bedrooms apartments are okay. They have all tile floor. Nice walk in closet. Room for queen bed in bedroom. Fresh paint. Neighborhood is quiet except for the airport but inside of the apartment, the sound is not bad. Wall unit AC is in the bedroom and keeps the bedroom very cold but the living room stays a little warmer. They have a nice pool area that is hardly ever used by the tennats.  Need to rent an apartment?
