Flamingo south beach is a total rip off! The management office is useless. If you have a problem, they never answer your calls. There is absolutely no security. Dog piss is in the elevators consantly. There is loud noise at all hours of the day and night. Parking is $160/ month. Its not worth your money when there are many other beautiful buildings all around flamingo.  Need to rent an apartment?
