Apartment Review for Flamingo South Beach - Miami, FL

I lived there, North tower 4th floor 2006, 2007 and I can tell you that it is the worst apartment building I ever lived in. The building management is useless and will not respond to any problems, in fact they will just laugh at you. And there was plenty of problems ranging from broken air condtioning, non operating, dirty, elevators, noise, ants, double charge for rent, plus a whole lot more problems. I broke my lease to get out of there. Don't let the nice outside fool you into signing a lease like it did me. It is really a DUMP!
