Apartment Review for Flamingo South Beach - Miami, FL

If anything happens to your apartment that needs fixing, be prepared for at least 3-4 times calling the Maintenance and for a very sloppy response/service. The worst is however the Management. First - be aware that a late fee there is $ 250, I learnt the hard way one time that I was away for business and paid one day late. Plus they make you pay in Cashier check. Second - if you decide to move out they ask a total of app 4 months rent so you better make sure you will stay there for 1 year. DIRTIEST scheme: you have to give them 60 days notice before you leave, if you don't they will legally sue you to give them 2 more months rent because it is written in the lease. List goes on and on, honestly is not worth it to stay there but if you do be very careful. This complex is in serious well known financial trouble. They started selling apartments but banks don't finance them cause of the risk so is only cash deals. So now they are desperate to get your money any way they can.
