Apartment Review for Fontainebleau Milton - Miami, FL

In my opinion, this place could be so much better with the right management. The sales staff is good at marketing, but operations performance is simply lacking. In general, the service and maintenance staff members really don't seem to care much about doing a good job. Whoever prepares the suites for new occupants (especially the painters) are perhaps the worst I have ever seen. The parking lots are terribly overcrowded and very noisy at night. The building common areas are overly plain for a "luxury complex". This complex would be well served by a motivated and responsive service staff and a management team that frequently inspects their buildings and grounds. (Slip and fall hazards abound in stairs and other common areas.) For the price, these apartments should be far better.
