Apartment Review for Hidden Watters - Miami, FL

The apartment it self is very nice and well maintain.But the people who leaves here is not the best you can find. Also I would like to let people know that the managing or office staff is scary! non educated and prepare people who makes the living hell out of the little residents remain in here. You can not smoke in your oun balcony, you can have your guest park on the guest parking spots, you are allow to have pets, but you have to maintain you pet totally quiet!,you can make any noise because the old drunk couple that leaves besides you bangs your walls,there is not pest control at all, so if you fumigate everyday you are going to have bugs inside your apartment, you can not bring people to visit you because the vice president's wife start harrasing your familly when they get out of the apartement. I would have a huge list of thing that I can say about this place that is overwelming. I defenelly will not recomend this place unless theres a change of managing people and total check background of the people who is livig there. I even seen prostitutes in one apartment. I very glad that I can write this blog to help people like me not to rent in places like this one and have a bad time. Home is the most important place in someones lifes and need to be a sacred place full of peace and harmony.
