Apartment Review for Lakeridge At The Moors - Miami, FL

The only good thing is the maint. The gentlemen is quick and timely. Parking here is very tight. The staff could be better they do not take care of noisy neighbors. Looks great in the outside but ( Don't judge a book by it's cover ) deposit is $400 but that is where they reel you in. Pet deposit is $500.00 Don't bother calling security they are lazy and slow better known as a joke. Your better off calling the cops which we do at least twice a month here. We've complained 5x's and the problem still persist. The walls in the apartment have border glue from previous tenants, The curtains are 2-3 inches too short, The washer/dryer are so small I wash every other day, Walls have old paint splatter, Kitchen cabinets are painted inside which stains and chips, The balcony floors are so overly painted they chip; Told them to fix it over 6 months ago still waiting, Dryer makes noises still waiting for that, balcony has no lights, most mail boxes have no numbers, Mailman confuses the mail all the time, I thought I was imagining things spoke to two of my neighbors they said the same thing you just read!!!!. CAN"T WAIT TO MOVE OUT!!!
