Maintenance is very slow. Nobody showed up after repeated maintenance calls in some occasions.Buildings are very old. Window lock does not work, pretty unsafe. Parking lots flood during rain. Office staffs are not helpful at all in resolving issues. They are very greedy about money. All the units are being converted to condominiums. You are going to be screwed if you buy any of those.  Need to rent an apartment?
