Apartment Review for Residences At The Falls - Miami, FL

I bought it in December 2006 and the place is CRAP. All lies and they don't even take care of their end. The roofs are leaking and they REFUSE to repair saying the developer doesn't have the money to pay. The pools are BOTH out of code and health hazards. The condo has MANY large fines against it from Dade-County Building Inspectors and they arent' doing anything to make it better. All they do is pay to put mulch and make it look pretty just to get you to buy. If you come to see the units ... just take a good look around and you'll see holes in the ground that have been there for 6 months, lights that don't work, courts with poor care, and just crappy service. DON'T BUY!!!!!
