Apartment Review for Residences At The Falls - Miami, FL

I came to this complex b/c it was nice from the outside...and when they showed me the apt everything looked ok with some minor problems. When I told them of this, I told me I would get new appliances. I am still waiting....my a/c does not work and I do not know when maintence will come to fix. I have had to spend a fortune out of pocket to fumegate b/c there are roaches, ants, spiders, and MORE!!! All they do is lay new carpet, paint the walls and they are on there way! DO NOT RENT HERE,,,,YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!
