Apartment Review for Residences At The Falls - Miami, FL

The complex is going into bankruptcy. They have shut off the lights in the common areas at least twice in the past year (including the street lights). The water has been threatened to be turned off. The grounds are not kept up. The office is impossible to get a hold of. And the deposit I left when I moved in a year ago will never be returned to me, because I received a letter from the “Trustee” stating that I am now considered a “creditor” to the association because they have no money to pay me back. Stay away... you do NOT want the hassle I have gone through.
