Apartment Review for Royal Coast Apartments - Miami, FL

Live at Royal Coast apartment since 2007. In less than a month I move to another apartment. A month ago some guy was shot in the parking lot of the condominium ,the man came to visit his family here, after that the rent has risen $ 55, I can not understand why? If here now is an unsafe place why we should pay more? The apartments are quite ugly, HORRIBLE maintenance of the worst I've seen to this days. I have problem with the bathtub for two years and never managed to fix it, is filled with water. The tiles of the kitchen floor, exploded, and the floor i was broken more than 15 days, when they decide to change it they put two brown and two yellow tiles, and my floor is white.the walls are so thin, I have a neighbor who cries 24 hours a day and listen as if you were by my side. DONT EVER!! RENT IN HERE!!! they change the manangent every year! since i been in here, i saw 3 manager pass. And is not that great, we pay 656$ for 1/1 and no balcony or naything, and every year they chang the rent price 55$ and sometimes more than 1 time for year!!! this place sucks!! i cant wait to leave !
